Cold Bending

A quick and fairly inexpensive way to form material 6″ or less in diameter.

Cold bending is one of the most commonly used means of forming steel into many different configurations. The process is performed using rollers to press a piece of steel against tools called dies or mandrels.

Cold Bending Capabilities

Cold bending can be used to produce large radius components, multiple angle units, or coils for petrochemical, automotive, shipbuilding or architectural applications
